Report to Congress
The following 2008 Report to Congress (PDF), issued in April 2009, fulfills the Congressional requirement to summarize the financial performance of the projects assisted by TIFIA and to discuss alternatives for achieving the program objectives in the future. The 2006 Report to Congress (PDF) and the 2002 Report to Congress (PDF) can be found using the respective links. The next Report to Congress is due in June 2010.
