TIFIA Application and Executive Summary Forms
Upon receiving the DOT's notification that the project meets the basic eligibility criteria, the applicant may submit an Application (Microsoft Word).
The DOT has created a template to assist the applicants in preparing the new required Executive Summary; it identifies the specific information that must be provided to the DOT.
This Executive Summary (Microsoft Word) must be submitted electronically by attaching it via email to TIFIACredit@dot.gov concurrently with submission of the application package in hard copy. Applicants can also ask questions using this link.
